Audience given by the King of Sweden, His Majesty Carl XVI Gustaf with Mr. Talat Xhaferi, President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia
Pursuant to the Program on the Official Visit, the Audience given by the King of Sweden, His Majesty Carl XVI Gustaf with the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi was realized. Views on current development in political and social area, on bilateral and multilateral level were exchanged on this occasion.
His Majesty recalled the beautiful memories from his visit to the Republic of Macedonia in 1997, when he visited the Swedish soldiers in the Nordic Battalion UNPREDEP, during which the King also visited Ohrid. The President Xhaferi expressing appreciation for the Audience at the Royal Palace invited the King to visit the Republic of Macedonia again in 218, in a period most suitable for His Majesty.
The President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi, on behalf of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, gifted the King a Deep Woodcraft with floral motives, which was revealed at the Royal Palace during the visit.
