Bilateral Meetings of the President Veljanoski during the Third Plenary Session of SEECP PA
In the framework of the Third Plenary Session of SEECP PA, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Trajko Veljanoski had bilateral meetings with the President of the Parliament of Kosovo, Mr. Kadri Veseli and the President of the National Assembly of Slovenia, Mr. Milan Brglez.
At the Meeting with the President of the National Assembly of Slovenia, the President Veljanoski informed his colleague on the current situation of the state in regard and expressed appreciation for the support Slovenia gives to the Republic of Macedonia in regard with the Euro – Atlantic integration of the state.
The President of the Assembly of Slovenia underlined the successful handling of the migrant crisis by the Republic of Macedonia and stopping the migrant wave from Macedonia, which is of great assistance for Slovenia.
At the end of the meeting, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Trajko Veljanoski invited the President Brglez to visit the Republic of Macedonia.
On the margins of the Session, the President Veljanoski had a bilateral meeting with the President of the Parliament of Kosovo, Mr. Kadri Veseli.
At the meeting, the interlocutors exchanged views on the current affairs in the two states and the possibilities for strengthening the economic cooperation, improvement of the road infrastructure that connects the two states and the development of the good neighbourly relations.
The President Veljanoski underlined that the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia at disposal to share the experience in the Euro – Atlantic process.
