Meeting of the President Veljanoski and the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, Ms. Tsetska Tsacheva
In the framework of the Third Plenary Session of SEECP PA, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Trajko Veljanoski had bilateral meeting with the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, Ms. Tsetska Tsacheva.
At the beginning the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria expressed appreciation for the acceptance of the invitation to the Session of the SEECP PA, which is an opportunity to exchange opinions in regard with the stability European integration process and migrant crisis in the region.
During the meeting, Ms. Tsacheva informed the President Veljanoski on the work of the Assembly and the current affairs in Bulgaria.
The President Veljanoski expressed gratitude for the invitation and underlined that the good neighbourly relations are of great importance for the region and for the prompt integration of the Republic of Macedonia in the European union is of mutual interest for the both states, Also, the President Veljanoski informed Ms. Tsacheva on the current affairs, in the areas of politics, economy and social affairs.
In regards with the political affairs in the Republic of Macedonia the interlocutors agreed that the misunderstandings should be resolved by the two sides through dialogue. The President of the Bulgarian Assembly hopes that the Republic of Macedonia will surpass the political crisis as soon as possible, realizing the Przino political agreement.
At the end of the meeting the President Veljanoski extended an open invitation to the President of the National Assembly of Bulgaria to visit the Republic of Macedonia.
