Member of DUI and coordinator of the Parliamentary Group. Born on 29 April 1956 in the village of Radusha. His ethnic background is Albanian. He graduated from a Faculty of Physical Culture. He is a professor and used to be member of the Parliament in the previous Parliamentary seating.

Committee for issues of appointment and elections, Committee for political system and relations between the ethnic communities, Committee for supervision of the work of the Directorate for Security and Counter-intelligence and of the Intelligence Agency, Committee for Culture, delegation of the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia in the Western European Union Assembly, Parliamentary Group of the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia for cooperation with the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany, Parliamentary Group of the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia for cooperation with the Parliament of the People’s Republic of China, Parliamentary Group of the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia for cooperation with the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Parliamentary Group of the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia for cooperation with the Parliament of the United States of America.

 
He was elected as vice-president of the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia on 31 July 2008. He is also President of the Parliamentary TV Channel.

Member of the Committee from 2002 to 2006.

Vice President of DUI in the period 2002-till present.
