WORKSHOP FOR THE PARLIAMENTARY SERVICE ON ASSEMBLY STRATEGIC PLAN
In July 2017, in Kavadarci, the Parliamentary Institute organized a three-day workshop on preparation of the Strategic Plan of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia 2018-2020 intended for the Service of the Assembly.
As part of the workshop, the elements of the strategic planning process were addressed by reviewing the key issues and situation analysis. This was an opportunity for horizontal inclusion of employees in the development of strategic goals and activities.
