Professionalism, Integrity, and Ethics in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia

Fostering professionalism, work ethics and integrity among the staff of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia are the key goals of the project implemented by the Dutch-based Centre for European and Security Studies (CESS). 

Consisting three types of activities – three training courses, two train-the-trainers workshops and two expert meetings followed by a recommendations report, the project aims at advancing Macedonia’s Euro-Atlantic Agenda.

It will provide concrete techniques and methods to improve the professional conduct of parliamentary staffers, as well as an insight on how the results of the professional ethics and integrity courses can be most effectively used by the Parliament. 

• The project is supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Macedonia for the period March 2016 to March 2018.
