77 MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE ON AGRICULTURE, FORESTRY AND WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT 

The Committee on agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management, on its 37th Meeting held on 7th June 2010, as a interested working body, review the Draft-law on ratification of the of the Rotterdam Convention on Prior Informed Consent procedure for certain hazardous chemicals in international trade. 

The meeting was opened and chaired by the Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Nikola Kjurkchiev. Mr. Panche Dameski, Mr. Nikola Kjurkchiev and Mr. Vasko Shutarov participated in the debate.  Mr. Goran Stevchevski, Government Trustee, Ms. Lendita Dika, State Advisor in the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning and Mr. Nako Nikolovski, Representative from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management attended this Meeting.  

The Committee unanimously adopted the following conclusion:  

• The Committee on agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management  as a interested working body reviewed the Draft-law on ratification of the of the Rotterdam Convention on Prior Informed Consent procedure for certain hazardous chemicals in international trade  and supports the proposed text.
