The Draft-law amending the Law on Fishing and Aqua Culture was reviewed

The Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management from the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, on its 34th Meeting held on 14 April 2010, as a competent working body reviewed the Law on Fishing and Aqua Culture (second reading).   

Mr. Ljupcho Dimovski, Minister on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management, Mr. Abdilagafar Sanini and Mr. Igor Bojadzievski as Representatives from the Ministry on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management participated in the meeting.  

MPs: Mr. Jovan Ginev, Mr. Zivko Pejkovski, Mr. Cvetan Tripunovski, Mr. Panche Damevski,, Mr. Tome Chingovski, Mr. Nikola Kjurkchiev and Mr. Vasko Shutarov participated in the debate on the Draft-law.  

The Chairman of the Committee informed the MPs that in the timeline stipulated by the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, a total number of 25 amendments were submitted, out of which 16 were adopted, 1 was rejected and 8 were withdrawn.  

The Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management concluded that the Law  on Fishing and Aqua Culture – II reading shall proceed in further procedure in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.
