TRAINING FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE SERVICE OF THE ASSEMBLY ON THE TOPIC OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
In order to strengthen the administrative capacities of the employees of the Service of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, in the period between 3-5 April 2017, at the Educational Center of the Parliamentary Institute, a training on the topic "Human Resources Management" was held.
The training program was organized by the National Democratic Institute as support to the Parliamentary Institute and was held by the trainer Robert Wilson of Ireland, an expert in the field of human resources management.
The training was attended by managers (supervisors) from the Parliamentary Institute and the Service of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.
The three-day training program covered a number of theoretical aspects and practical exercises in the following areas: employment policies, selection methods, interview design, scoring / grading mechanisms and selection committee, preparing and conducting an interview, as well as job offers and feedback on the candidates.
