Committee on Education and Science The Committee on Education and Science has a Chairperson and ten members from among the members of parliament of the Assembly and four members - scientists and experts.
The Committee considers question regarding:
- system and organization of pre-school, primary, secondary and higher education;
- system and organization of scientific and research activity;
- creation, application and assesment of innovations, patents and other inventive activities resulting from scientific, artistic and other intellectual activity;
- computer science, scientific and technological development and technical culture;
- physical education and sport;
- organization, development and functioning of the information system of the Republic, and
- other questions regarding education and science.
