Visit of the President Xhaferi to the Republic of Kosovo
In the framework of the events dedicated to the Year of Gjergj Kastrioti Skenderbeg, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi visited the Republic of Kosovo and attended the Ceremonial Academy held in Pristina on the occasion of 550 Years Since the Death of Skenderbeg and addressed the attendees.
The President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi had a meeting with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Mr. Ramush Haradinaj. The interlocutors exchanged opinions on the importance of the deeds of Skenderbeg for all Albanians, as well as the published stamps honouring Skenderbeg in the two states. 
They also discussed the bilateral relations between the two states, the mutual cooperation and deepening the relations, especially in the area of economy, aiming to improve the welfare of the citizens.
The Prime Minister Haradinaj welcomed the adoption of the Law on Languages by the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia and concluded that it will promote the usage of the Albanian Language.
The President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi expressed appreciation for the meeting and preparedness for further cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
