Thirty Sixth Meeting of the Committee on Financing and Budget
The Committee on Financing and Budget, on its thirty sixth meeting held on 5th October 2009, considered the:
1. Draft-law on Loan by the Republic of Macedonia in the Bank of Development in the Council of Europe on the basis of the Framework Agreement on Partial Financing of the Project for Housing for the Socially Vulnerable Groups (second reading). The Committee, with 5 votes “for” and 2 abstentions concluded that the criteria for preparation of a draft-law with amendments are not fulfilled.
2. Draft-law on Loan by the Republic of Macedonia in the Credit Bank for Reconstruction for the Project “Irrigation of the Southern Valley of River Vardar - Stage II” (second reading). The Committee, with 5 votes “for”; 1 vote “against” and 1 abstention concluded that the criteria for preparation of a draft-law with amendments are not fulfilled.
3. Draft-law on amending the Law on Value Added Tax (second reading). The Committee, with 7 votes “for” and 2 abstentions, and in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, concluded that the criteria for preparation of a draft-law with amendments are not fulfilled.
4. Draft-law on amending the Law on Balance of Payment (second reading). The Committee with 7 votes “for” and 1 abstention concluded that the criteria for preparation of a draft-law with amendments are not fulfilled.
5. Draft-law on amending the Law on Tax Procedure (second reading). The Committee with 6 votes “for” and 3 abstentions concluded that the criteria for preparation of a draft-law with amendments are not fulfilled.
6 Draft-law on amending the Law on Registering Cash Payments (second reading). The Committee, with 6 votes ”for” and 3 abstentions concluded that the criteria for preparation of draft-law with amendments are not fulfilled.
