TWENTY EIGHT MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE ON EUROPEAN AFFAIRS
On its twenty eight meeting, held on 24th August 2009, The Committee on European Affairs reviewed the Draft-law on Accreditation, first reading, and the Draft-law on amending the Law on Civil Servants.
Ms. Katerina Kostoska - State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy, and Mr. Mihajlo Manevski - Minister of Justice elaborated the need on adoption of the Draft-Law on Accreditation and the Draft-law on amending the Law on Civil Servants, from the aspect of harmonization with the EU legislation.
The Draft-law on amending the Law on Civil Servants was reviewed by the Committee as an interested working body.
The Committee on European Issues unanimously proposed to the Assembly that the Draft-Law on Accreditation and the Draft-law on amending the Law on Civil Servants should be accepted and proceed to the next reading.
