31st Meeting of the Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management
The Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management, on its 31st Meeting held on 17 and 19 March 2010, as competent working body, reviewed the Draft-law on Wine (second reading) and Draft-law on Agriculture and Rural Development (second reading).
Mr. Perica Ivanovski, Vice-Minister on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management and Mr. Dragancho Stojchev and Mr. Trajche Andreevski, Representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management, attended this Meeting.
The MPs Nikola Kjurkchiev, Mile Andonov, Marjancho Nikolov, Zivko Pejkovski, Cvetan Tripunovski, Panche Dameski, Jovan Ginev, Cvetanka Ivanova and Liljana Popovska participated in the debate.
The Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management informed the MPs that in the determined timeline, 45 amendments were submitted- out of which 23 were adopted, 16 were rejected and 6 were withdrawn.
The Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management concluded that the Draft- law on Wine (second reading) should proceed to further procedure in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.
Regarding the Draft-law on Agriculture and Rural Development, MPs: Cvetan Tripunovski, Zivko Vejkovski, Marjancho Kolevski, Panche Dameski, Vancho Kocev, Risto Stojanov, vasko Shutarov, Jovan Ginev, Nikola Kjurkchiev, Marijancho Nikolov, Mile Andonov, Ilija Dimovski, Liljana Popvska and the Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management submitted amendments on this Draft-law.
The Vice Minister on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management, Mr. Perica Ivanovski; MPs Nikola Kjurkchiev, Cvetan Tripunovski, Zivko Pejkovski, Marjancho Kolevski, Pance Dameski, Vancho Kocev, Jovan Ginev, Marjancho Nikolov and the representatives of the Federation of Farmers in the Republic of Macedonia and the Representatives from the Union of Winegrowers in the Republic of Macedonia.
The Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management concluded that the Draft-law Agriculture and Rural Development (second reading) should proceed to further procedure in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.
