The Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management , n its 33rd Meeting, held on 31 March 2010, as a competent working body reviewed the Draft-law Amending and Appending the Law on Health of Herbs, II reading and the Draft-law Amending and Appending the Law on Fishing and Aquaculture, I reading
Regarding the Draft-law Amending and Appending the Law on Health of Herbs, II reading the Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Nikola Kjurkchiev, informed the MPs that the Committee had not received amendments in the determined timeline.
The Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management concluded that the Draft-law Amending and Appending the Law on Fishing and Aquaculture, I reading should proceed to further procedure in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.
