37th Meeting of the Committee on Economy
The Committee on Economy, on its 37th Meeting held on 22 February 2010, as a competent working body, reviewed the Draft-law Amending the Law on Trade Unions ( I reading) and the Draft-Law on Market Oversight- I reading.
The Deputy-Minister on Economy, Dr. Metodij Hadzi- Vaskov elaborated these Draft-laws.
Pursuant to Article 142 form the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia , the Committee decided that the Draft-law amending the Law on Trade Unions is acceptable and that it should proceed to further reading in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.
After the debate the Committee, with majority votes “for” decided that that the Draft-law on Market Oversight is acceptable and that it should proceed to further reading in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia .
