41st Meeting of the Committee on Economy
The Committee on Economy from the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, on its 41st Meeting held on 13 April 2010, as a competent working body, reviewed the Annual Report on the Work of the Regulatory Committee on Energy of the Republic of Macedonia for 2009 and the Annual Report of the Committee on Protection of Competition for 2009.
Mr. Dimitar Petrov, Head of the Regulatory Committee on Energy of the Republic of Macedonia underlined that Regulatory Committee attended the meeting as a representative of the proposer and underlined that the Annual Report on the Work of the Regulatory Committee on Energy of the Republic of Macedonia for 2009 contains Committee’s activities for 2009, in the country and internationally.
The Committee concluded to propose the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia to adopt the following conclusion:
The Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia reviewed and adopted the Annual Report on the Work of the Regulatory Committee on Energy of the Republic of Macedonia for 2009
This conclusion and the Report of the Committee on Economy shall be submitted to the Regulatory Committee on Energy and to the Government of the Republic of Macedonia
Mr. Chedomir Kraljevski, Head of the Committee on protection of Competition elaborated the Report on The Work of the Committee on protection of Competition.
He underlined that the Committee is authorised to detect, sanction and prevent different kinds of violations and jeopardising of the competition on the market.
The Committee on Economy concluded to propose the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia to adopt the following Conclusion:
The Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia reviewed and adopted the Annual report on the Work of the Committee on Protection of Competition in the Republic of Macedonia for 2009. This conclusion and the Report from the Committee on Economy shall be submitted to the Committee on protection of Competition and to the Government of the Republic of Macedonia.
