46th meeting of THE committee on political system and inter ethnic relations
The Committee on Political System and Inter-Ethnic Relations from the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, on its 46th Meeting held on 3 May 2010, as a competent working body reviewed the following draft-laws:
- Draft-law Amending the Law on Salaries of the Members of the Judicial Council of the republic of Macedonia- II reading
- Draft-law Amending the law on Salaries of Judges- II reading;
- Draft-law Amending the Law on the Salaries of the Members of the Public Prosecutors Council of the republic of Macedonia- II reading;
- Draft-law Amending the Law on the Salaries of the Public Prosecutors- II reading;
- Draft-law amending the Law on Enforcement- I reading.
The Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Zoran Petreski informed the MPs that in the time line stipulated by the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia no amendments were submitted by the authorised proposers of the Draft-laws.
Considering the fact that there were no submitted amendments, the Committee concluded that these Draft-laws should proceed in further procedure in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.
