61st Meeting of THE Committee on financing and Budget

The Committee on Financing and Budget held its 61st meeting on 3 May 2010 and as a competent working body reviews the following Draft-laws: 

1. Draft-law Amending the Law on Holding Companies (second reading);  
2. Draft-law Amending the law on Investment Funds (second reading);
3. Draft-Law Amending the Law on Bill of Exchange (second reading);
4. Draft-law Amending the Law on Banks (second reading);
5. Draft-law Amending the Law on Services without Money Transfer 9 second reading);
6. Draft-law amending the Law on Supervision of Insurance9 Second reading). 

No amendments were submitted for these Draft-laws and the Committee unanimously concluded to propose the assembly to review and adopt the proposed laws.
