79th meeting of the committee on financing and budget
The Committee on Financing and Budget, on its 79th Meeting, held on 7 October 2010, as a competent working body reviewed the Draft- Law Indebting the Republic of Macedonia in the CE Bank on Development Upon the Framework Agreement on Loan for Partial Financing of the Project on Reconstruction of the Penitentiaries, shortened procedure.
The Vice-Minister on Finances, Mr. Nedim Ramizi elaborated the Draft-law. The MPs: Marijancho Nikolov, Vladanka Avirovik Krsto Mukoski, Jovan Manasijevski and Zivko Pejkovski participated in the debate.
The Committee with six votes “for” and three votes “against” concluded that the conditions for drafting a Draft-law with amendments, are not fulfilled and proposed the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia to review and adopt the Draft- Law Indebting the Republic of Macedonia in the CE Bank on Development Upon the Framework Agreement on Loan for Partial Financing of the Project on Reconstruction of the Penitentiaries.
