public debate on the draft-law on audit
The National European Integration Council organized a Public Debate on the Draft-law on Audit; this Law arises from the NPAA.
Mr. Nedim Ramizi, Vice Minister on Finances, elaborated the content of the Law. The aim of this Law is harmonization of the legislation with the Acquis, i.e. European Parliament and the EU Council Directive 2006/43/EC on legislative audit of the stat and consolidated accounts.
The participants in the Public Debate welcomed the initiative of the National Integration Council and expressed their remarks and proposals in direction of improvement of the draft-text of the Law.
