public debate on the draft-law on safety of food
The National European Integration Council continues the practice of holding public debates which will contribute in the adoption of quality laws and preparation for the responsibilities of the membership in the EU. The Draft-law on Safety of Food arises from the NPAA- Revision 2010.
Mr. Perica Ivanovski, Deputy-Minister on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management elaborated the provision of the Law.
The participants welcomed the initiative of the National European Integration Council for the public debate and presented their proposals, remarks and comments in line with improvement of the text of the Law.
Ms. Radmila Shekerinska Chairperson of the Council Mr. Nikola Kjurkchiev, Mr. Vasko Shutarov, MPs; Mr. Dejan Runtevski, Head of the Veterinary Management, Ms Marija Lonchar- Velkova, Representative from the Consumers Organization, Ms. Marina Popovska- Domazetova, Head of the Directorate on Food, Ms. Aneta Atanasovska, Representative of the Craftsmen Chamber- Skopje, Professor Mihail Kochubovki- Institute on Public Health in the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Adluzel Dogani from the Veterinary Management and Ms. Mirjana Bocevska from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy participated in the public debate.
