the Vice-President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia participates on the Third World Conference of Speakers of the Parliaments
The Vice-President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Jani Makraduli participates o the Third World Conference of Speakers of the Parliaments organized by the Inter-Parliamentary Union, held in Geneva from 19 to 21 July 2010.
„ Parliaments in a world of crisis: securing global democratic accountability for the common good" is the topic of the Conference.
More than 150 Speakers of Parliaments participate in this Conference, which is held on every 5 years. As the highest legislative representatives, in the three day debate, they will attempt to provide collective answers to many challenges the world is facing with. The Conference will be held in the UN in Geneva, and the Secretary General of UN open the Conference.
The Conference is expected to end with the adoption of a declaration.
