THE PRESIDENT VELJANOSKI WELCOMED THE NEWLY APPOINTED AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND TO THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA, MR. JACEK MULTANOWSKI  

At the beginning, the interlocutors expressed their pleasure from the meeting and the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Trajko Veljanoski wished the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Jacek Multanowski successful work during his mandate.

The President Veljanoski underlined that the Republic of Macedonia and the Republic of Poland have friendly bilateral cooperation, but that the dynamics of the meetings on all levels should be increased. Also, the meeting referred to the importance of the parliamentary diplomacy, through the official visits of the Speakers and Members of the Parliaments from both states.

The interlocutors also discussed the deepening of the cooperation in agriculture, defence and other areas of economy, and the Ambassador Multanowski underlined that the Republic of Poland has a lot to offer. He stated that his state remains to be the supporter of the integration of the Republic of Macedonia in the European Union and NATO. 

At the end of the meeting, the President Veljanoski emphasised the openness of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia as well as his Cabinet for continuous communication and cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Macedonia.
