Working meeting of the president veljanoski with the macedonian diplomatic corps
The President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Trajko Veljanoski had a meeting with the Heads of the Diplomatic and Consular Branch Offices and Missions of the Republic of Macedonia abroad.
The Chair of the Foreign Policy Committee, Mr. Antonijo Miloshoski and the Chair of the Committee on European Affairs, Mr. Hajrula Misini attended the meeting.
The Macedonian Diplomatic Corps informed the President Veljanoski and the two MPS on the affairs in the area of diplomatic representation of the Republic of Macedonia and exchanged opinions on many segments important for the good level of parliamentary cooperation and deepening thereof with other states.
The focus of the discussion was on the strategic priorities and goals of the Republic of Macedonia, the Membership in NATO and opening accession negotiations with the European Union.
The President Veljanoski expressed appreciation for the engagement of the Macedonian diplomats in strengthening and promotion of the parliamentary cooperation of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia and the Parliaments of other states and their overall efforts in building positive image for the state and presenting the capacity and values thereof.
