A WORKSHOP ATTENDED FOR THE SERVICE OF THE ASSEMBLY ENTITLED “STANDARDS FOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT, TRANSPARENCY OF PARLAMENTS AND CALENDAR OF ACTIVITIES
In February 2017 in Struga, a two-day workshop entitled "Standards for Human Resources Management, Transparency of Parliaments and Calendar of Activities" for the employees of the Service of the Assembly took place. The workshop was organized by the Parliamentary Institute, and the presenters / trainers were representatives of the Agency for Administration, MISA and the Parliamentary Institute.
The topic of the workshop was the framework of competence, assessment and the challenges of implementing the provisions of the legislation for administrative officers.Additionally, the National Action Plan Initiative for Open Government Partnership, enhancement of collaboration with civil society platform for open information, freedom of information, fiscal transparency and so on were also presented.
As an extremely important aspect of the work of any modern Parliament, the types of parliamentary calendars as the basic tool for planning the legislative process and the work of parliaments were presented.
Finally, the role of the Assembly for Open Government Partnership, its involvement, transparency, accountability, technology and innovation were discussed.
