WORKING EXPERIENCE -1982 - 1993 Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Cosmetic Enterprise "Alkaloid" (Institute for research and Development and Marketing Department); -1993 - 1998 Private company -1999 - 2002 Municipality of the City of Skopje (Advisor to the Mayor for planning and development) POLITICAL BACKGROUND -1996 - 1998 Councilor in the Council of the City of Skopje and coordinator of the counceling group of the LDP; -1998- 1999 Deputy Minister for Development; -2002 MP in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia; -2003 Vice-President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia OTHER ENGAGEMENTS - Activist in the women's movement and coordinator of the Macedonian Women's Lobby (promoter for greater representation of women in the politics and in the public life, as well as for improvement of the position of the woman in society); - Memeber of the Advisory Board of the Working Group for gender equality (Gender Task Force) of the stabitity Pact for the SEE; - Member of the Advisory Board of Link Diversity (regional project for improving interethnic cooperation); - Advocate for strengthening the civil sector through cooperation with non-governmental organizations (handicapped persons, drug addicts, elderly people, talented persons, protection of the environment, etc.); - Cooperation with international organizations and institutions for strenghtening the peace and interethnic tolerance, as well as for economic development; -Chairperson of the Parliamentary Lobby for Disabled Persons REWARDS -State reward for innovaion and two rewards for technical improvements in "Alkaloid" -Acknowledgements and tokens and two rewards for technical improvements in "Alkaloid" -Acknowledgements and tokens of graditude for cooperation from several non-governmental organizations.
