ALBANIA STRONGLY SUPPORTS THE INTEGRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA INTO NATO
The Committee on Defence and Security of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, headed by the Chairperson of the Committee Mr. Vladimir Gjorčev, today had a meeting with Mr. Arben Imami, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Albania. The members of the Committee: Mr. Oliver Spasovski, Mr. Milorad Dodevski, Mr. Talat Xhaferi, Mr. Vele Gejeorgievski, and Mr. Orhan Ibraimi, were also present at the meeting.

THE PRIORITIES OF THE DANISH EU PRESIDENCY PRESENTED BEFORE THE MACEDONIAN PARLIAMENTARIANS
The main topic on the agenda of the 10th Meeting of the Committee on European Issues of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia were the priorities and the programme of the Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union for the period January-June 2012, which were presented by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to the Republic of Macedonia - H.E. Considering that this is the first meeting of Speakers, the President Veljanoski emphasised that the meeting will provide a positive impetus for the development of the overall relations, especially in the relations of the two parliaments.
