The Delegation from the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia is taking part at the Rose-Roth Seminar, organised by the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in cooperation with the Parliament of Estonia, held from 10th to 13th March 2010 in Armenia. The Delegation is composed of the MPs: Mr. Talat Xhaferi - Head of Delegation, Mr. Vlado Bučkovski and Mr. Pavle Trajanov, Members of the Delegation.
Besides the relations between Armenia and NATO/EU, the Seminar will be focussed on regional security issues like energy security, the Northern Caucasus, the political developments, the civil society, and the unsolved issues in the region.
The Rose-Roth Seminars are usually attended by 100-140 participants - parliamentarians from the NATO member-states and from the partner countries, representatives of governments, NATO, international organizations, universities, NGOs, and think-tank organizations.
The tendency of these seminars is to secure balance to the diverse national perspectives. The general goal is to facilitate the dialogue on parliamentary level on important security issues between the NATO member-states and the partner-states.
