Member of DUI. Born on 8 December 1962 in Golema Rechica, Tetovo. Albanian. Graduated from higher education for journalism. He was Deputy-Minister for Local Self-Government in the Government of the Republic of Macedonia in 2004.
He was also MP in the previous parliamentary seating.
Chairman of the Committee on Relations Among the Communities, Parliamentary Group of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia for Cooperation with the Parliament of The Republic of Albania.
