   Member of SDSM. Born 1945 in the village of Psaca - Kriva Palanka, R. Macedonia. Macedonian. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and passed the bar examination. Worked in the Municipal Court of Kriva Palanka as a lawyer in the State Bureau of Physical Planning, in the Executive Council of the Assembly of the city of Skopje, member of the City Committee of SKM - Skopje. Vice-President of the Assembly of RM in the first parliamentary mandate, Member of Parliament since 1991. President of the Assembly of RM from 1996-1998. Fluent in French, knowledge of English. Lives in Skopje.
