Karolina Ognjanovic - Cukalieva

Ms. Karolina Ognjanovic - Cukalieva, Macedonian, born on July 1, 1962, in Veles. In 1986 graduated from the Faculty of Law in Skopje. In 1990 she was employed as a trainee in the Expert Service of the former Executive Council of the Assembly of SRM. From 1991 - 1994 she was working as an administrator in the Normative - Department in the area of the political system, society activities and internal policy in the Secretariat for Legislation in the Government of RM. In 1994 and 1995 she worked as Advisor in the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, as Chief of Cabinet of the Minister - Coordinator.
From 1995 - 1998 she worked as Advisor of the Minister of Economy, and form 1996 - 1998 she carried out normative and legal work in the Republic's Market Inspectorate.
Since the establishment of the Democratic Alternative Party, she has been elected Secretary of the Executive Office of this political party. She performs this function professionally from 05.05.1998 until nominated Secretary of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia on December 29, 1998.

Aleksandar Novakoski

 

Mr. Aleksandar Novakoski, Macedonian, was born on 28.08.1965 in Ohrid. He completed primary and secondary education in his native town and graduated from the Law Faculty, Division of Judiciary Law, at the “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje. From 1991 to 1993 he was on a law-clerk internship and he passed bar examination in the same period. From 1993 he was working in his own office as a lawyer registered in the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia. Mr. Aleksandar Novakoski was member of the Governing Board of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia and Chairmen of the Committee on Relations with Judicial Bodies within the Bar Association. Mr. Novakoski participated in international seminars, courses and trainings organized by international organizations. He attended a training program at the European Law Center in the Republic of Greece and acquired a European Union certificate. His specialty is the civil and commercial law. He is substitute-member of the State Electoral Commission.
Mr. Aleksandar Novakoski was an active swimming and water polo sportsman. At certain period he was member of the Governing Board of the "Vardar" Water Polo Club in Skopje, of the "Ohridski Branovi" Swimming and Water Polo Club in Ohrid and member of the Governing Board of the Swimming and Water Polo Association of Macedonia.
