Born on 27 August 1976, Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Philology - Albanian Language and Literature in Skopje. She speaks English and Turkish language. Higher administrative training - Ecole nationale d'administration, Paris. State Advisor on International Cooperation. Speaks French and English language.
