Committee on Inter-Ethnic Relations The Committee on Inter-Ethnic Relations has a Chairperson and ten members elected among Representatives in the Assembly and four members - scientists and experts.
The Committee reviews questions regarding the legal regulation of the rights of ethnic minorities stipulated by the Constitution, particularly in terms of:
- ensuring the right to use of the language and the script of the minority;
- ensuring the right of education in the language of the minority in the educational system;
- guaranteeing the protection of the ethnic, cultural, linguistic and religious identity of the minorities;
- ensuring information, cultural and other activities for expressing ethnic identity and characteristics, and
- other issues regarding implementation of minority rights stipulated by Constitution and Law.
