Recommendations Adopted on 8th Meeting on joint parliamentary committee RM-EU

The Joint Parliamentary Committee- the Republic of Macedonia - EU welcomed the continuous progress of the reforms in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, judiciary, public administration and protection of minorities. The anti-corruption legislative framework following GRECO recommendations was welcomed.

Presentation of the results from the poll on the work of the ASSEMBLY of the Republic of Macedonia

The results from the poll on the work of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia were presented in the Assembly. This poll was in the framework of the Westminster Foundation for Democracy Project for Strengthening the Capacities of the Assembly and it was conveyed by the Institute for Democracy „Societas Civilis“. The aim of the poll is to measure the perception of the citizens for the work of the Macedonian legislative House

ESTABLISHING THE PARK OF PARLIAMENTARISM

The Vice President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Jani Makraduli, who is also Head of the Board on Marking the 20th Anniversary of the Holding of the first Multiparty Elections, together with several MPs from the first parliamentary composition, planted trees and opened the Park of Parliamentarism which is located in the Club of Management Bodies (former parliamentarians Club). THE DREAM OF PLURAL PARLIAMENT- 20 YEARS AFTER

The 20th Anniversary of the First Parliamentary Elections was marked in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia today. 
Mr. Jani Makraduli, President of the Board on the 20th Anniversary of the First Multiparty Elections chaired the event. He underlined that he is honoured to be among the MPs from the first parliamentary mandate of the Assembly of Republic of Macedonia and underlined that these MPs are the heroes of their time.

Meeting of the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia Mr. Trajko Vejlanoski and the Delegation from the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia with their Canadian colleagues

At the meeting President Vejlanoski pointed out that although the Republic of Macedonia is a small country, because of its position and the measures that the current Government is undertaking it is very attractive for investments. The President of the Assembly informed the Canadian Members of Parliament that the state institutions are focused on creating favourable business climate, encouragement of the competition, international cooperation in the field of trade, and promotion of investments.
