WORK VISIT OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MONTENEGRO: OPEN PARLIAMENT FOR INFORMED AND INVOLVED CITIZENS

In order to exchange experiences and strengthen the international cooperation, in April 2017, employees of the Parliamentary Institute of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia made a work visit to the Parliament of Montenegro.

TRAINING FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE SERVICE OF THE ASSEMBLY ON THE TOPIC OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

In order to strengthen the administrative capacities of the employees of the Service of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, in the period between 3-5 April 2017, at the Educational Center of the Parliamentary Institute, a training on the topic "Human Resources Management" was held.

ONE-DAY SEMINAR ON THE TOPIC OF DEMOCRACY AND THE ASSEMBLY ATTENDED FOR PUPILS FROM PRIMARY SCHOOLS

Pupils from five primary schools from Makedonski Brod, Demir Kapija, Probistip, Novi Dojran and Skopje, accompanied by their teachers, participated in a one-day educational seminar entitle "Democracy and the Assembly".

ELECTRONIC DATABASE OF DOCUMENTS FROM THE LEISLATIVE ARCHIVE OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA

The Parliamentary Institute of the Assembly began the creation of a unique electronic database of documents and data regarding the work of the legislature.

The aim is to provide an easily accessible and electronically searchable system of documents from the legislative archive. This would enable users of the system to find documents in a short time and by using different criteria, and to see them in their original form.

OPEN DAY IN THE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA

Every last Friday of the month, the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia organizes an Open day for citizens to visit.

Due to the growing interest, four Open days for organized visit were held in the first quarter of this year, and 1293 citizens took part in them.

ONE DAY SEMINAR ON THE TOPIC DEMOCRACY AND PARLIAMENT ATTENDED FOR STUDENTS OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION

In February and March at the Educational Center of the Parliamentary Institute, two one-day educational seminars titled "Democracy and Parliament" intended for students of primary and secondary schools in Macedonia were organized.

DELEGATION OF THE PARLIAMENT OF VENEZUELA IN A STUDY VISIT OF THE MACEDONIAN PARLIAMENTARY INSTITUTE

In the period between 23-24 March, delegation of the National Parliament of Venezuela, comprised of three MPs and representatives of the research sectors, visited the Educational center of the Parliamentary Institute of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.

TRAINING FOR THE SEVICE OF THE ASSEMBLY ENTITILED “RISK MANAGEMENT”

In order to develop a strategy for risk management, according to the Plan for the establishment and development of financial management and control of Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, a series of workshops for senior officials of the Service of the Assembly will be organized.

A WORKSHOP ATTENDED FOR THE SERVICE OF THE ASSEMBLY ENTITLED “STANDARDS FOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT, TRANSPARENCY OF PARLAMENTS AND CALENDAR OF ACTIVITIES    

In February 2017 in Struga, a two-day workshop entitled "Standards for Human Resources Management, Transparency of Parliaments and Calendar of Activities" for the employees of the Service of the Assembly took place. The workshop was organized by the Parliamentary Institute, and the presenters / trainers were representatives of the Agency for Administration, MISA and the Parliamentary Institute.

EXCHANGING EXPERIENCES BETWEEN THE EXTERNAL COLLABORATORS OF PARLIAMENTARY GROUPS IN THE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA SCHOLARSHIP HOLDERS IN THE BUNDESTAG OF GERMANY

A workshop on the topic: "Exchange of experiences between the Republic of Macedonia IPS scholarship holders in the German Bundestag and the external collaborators (assistants) of parliamentary groups in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia", took place in the educational center of the Parliamentary Institute on February 16, 2017, in collaboration between the Parliamentary institute of the Assembly, the Association for Parliamentary Cooperation IPS - Macedonia and the German Embassy in the Republic of Macedonia.
